Lecture: Is your city ready for AI?

Is your city ready for AI, and what does 'ready' actually mean? The OECD is developing a self-assessment tool that allows cities to map their own AI readiness across three dimensions: technological, organizational, and contextual readiness. It is not an external assessment, but rather a mirror held up to the city itself. Marcos Díaz Ramírez (OECD) explains the tool: how is it structured, and what does it measure and what does it not?
